Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Rich G Collection, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed for the modern man. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the conditions below.
Return Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Customers may try items on for sizing, similar to trying clothes in a store. However, items must not be used for workouts, outdoor activities, or daily wear.
Items showing signs of use such as sweat marks, stains, odors, stretched fabric, or removed tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, items worn during training sessions cannot be returned.
Size Exchanges
If the size you ordered does not fit, we are happy to offer a size exchange depending on product availability.
Conditions for exchanges:
- The item must meet the return condition requirements listed above.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Rich G Collection will ship the replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected.
If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose store credit instead.
Refunds & Store Credit
To maintain efficient operations, Rich G Collection primarily offers store credit instead of cash refunds.
Approved returns may be issued as:
- Store credit that can be used on any future purchase.
Refunds to the original payment method may only be considered in special cases such as defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A short description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, Rich G Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. However, we will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving the issue with the courier whenever possible.
If a package is confirmed lost, we will work with the courier to determine the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on final sale (Black Friday, clearance sales, or heavily discounted items)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
